We keep jargon and overused buzzwords to an absolute minimum. Similar to the need for “elegant simplicity” that we believe applies to positioning and message, we apply the same “grandmother rule” to our writing. Make the piece easy enough for your grandmother to understand what you’re trying to communicate.
